Dr. Bruce Noxon is a renowned podiatric foot and ankle surgeon. He provides exceptional care to his patients by providing them with attention to their specific needs. He takes into consideration the whole body, person and their lifestyle and goals.

Dr. Noxon completed his 3-year residency training at the University of Utah (Doxey-Hatch Medical Center), where he was honored to be the Chief Surgical Resident. In 1999, he acquired The Foot & Ankle Treatment Center in Glenview, Illinois. For 22 years, he grew his practice and had a successful business. In 2021 he merged his practice with Illinois Bone & Joint Institute. Soon after, he moved to Breckenridge, CO, and started his new practice, putting the patient and physician in the driver’s seat.

Dr. Noxon has lectured on many topics, including scarf bunionectomy, hammertoe correction, posterior tibial dysfunction, skin graft substitutes for wound closure, lower extremity biomechanics, diabetic foot, and more.

You can find him flying down the slopes, biking, hiking, and running on the trails with his family and friends. He has a deep history of running road races and marathons and competing in triathlons. His accomplishments include competing in national and world championship triathlons (2010-2018). For 8 consecutive years, he has run the Boston Marathon from 2014 to 2021.

Throughout years of practice, he has captured a great appreciation and understanding of lower extremity biomechanics and how it pertains to sport-related injuries.
