St. Vincent General Hospital District

St. Vincent General Hospital District, (DBA St. Vincent Health) is a Colorado Special District, a Quasi-Municipal Corporation bound by the Rules and Regulations of The State of Colorado.

The Board of Directors, elected by the voters of the special district, provides oversight, strategic direction and has the fiduciary responsibility for St. Vincent Health.

Meetings are regularly scheduled for the fourth Monday of the month, at 12:00 pm. The agenda is posted for public inspection on this website, above the footer on the home page.

The public is welcome to attend all meetings and make public comments.
