Sarah Savage has been a resident of Leadville for over 27 years. Originally from Texas, Sarah received an accounting degree and MBA from Texas A&M. Her career history includes consulting, business software development, and project management for systems implementations.

While in Leadville, Sarah has been involved in Leadership Leadville, Leadville Trail 100, Leadville Lion’s Club, First Presbyterian Church, the Board of the Advocates of Lake County, Search and Rescue, and 9Health Fairs. She has helped several churches and the Denver Presbytery to implement new financial software. As a life-long learner, Sarah has also taken Outdoor Recreation Leadership classes at Colorado Mountain College and earned a Master of Theology degree from Fuller Seminary.

“I enjoy learning, asking questions, and working with others to arrive at good solutions.  I believe my lived knowledge of Lake County, education and professional experience can be utilized in the governance and oversight of the hospital district,” commented Sarah.
