Anyone who knows Francine Webber is aware of her commitment to Leadville and Lake County. Francine’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for geriatric healthcare drew her to serving on the St. Vincent Board. She has a passion for caring for older populations and a true desire to offer excellent and personalized healthcare for all patients of St. Vincent Health.

Francine and her husband came to Leadville 23 years ago pursuing a business opportunity. Serving on the SVGHD Board of Directors since 2020, Francine brings her skills in business, marketing, communications, hospitality and long-term care to St. Vincent Health.

Francine is originally from rural Kansas, she and her husband have roots that run deep in their generational family farms. She was raised with a farming work ethic, a sense of community and a respect for those that came before us. As a Leadville mining history buff, Francine endeavors to share local lore with visitors and new-comers to Lake County. She has also served as a volunteer public information officer for Lake County and enjoys connecting people and agencies who have similar and complementary goals.
